Dragon Ball is a once in a millennium phenomenon. You'd be stupid to not keep making new content around it. Plus, unlike Naruto, people actually have liked all of its continuation and thus, it has goodwill from the fans as long as they aren't too obvious with their cash grabs.

Boruto began almost immediately after Naruto ended and the series has really never recovered from it. With Bleach and Dragon Ball we actually had time to miss those series even with all their issues so there's built up nostalgia and people can come up with new ideas to explore. Naruto skipped this step and just went straight to Boruto which people seem to not like as much (Haven't read it, I dont like the art).

Your options are Shinobi Strikers which is still getting new content to this day or the large ass backlog of games ranging back to the PS1 that are actually quality.
