It took them like 8 months between 1st and 2nd one, but they put out the 3rd one only like 4 or 5 months after the 2nd one, and you can tell they're slowly preparing for a Sumeru chronicle as well since none of the non-archon Sumeru characters have run in all of 5.X
Although there's no guarantee it'll happen I would personally not be surprised if they want the Liyue banner to be an annual tradition during the Lantern Rite / Chinese New Year, so if their goal is to loop back to Liyue before January or February next year we might hopefully see them start running the chronicles a bit more often
