If it says 4096x4096 then it means that the image is already as big as it's going to get, it might already be in it's original size if it says small/medium/large etc but if you want to be extra sure that the site isn't fucking you over then replacing it with orig will most definitely ensure you aren't getting a downsized version. There's some extensions that help ensure it for you easier but personally I didn't include it in the PSA because the point is how to do it in the most default way possible on any device no matter where you are.
