But in all seriousness, I agree. I feel like Kuwabara just really wanted to make a story about what goes on when Naoi and Kudou get together. I also feel like the relationship in the new manga will somewhat step on the tails of what Kurumi and Naoi's relationship will ultimately be (or maybe it's the other way around).
Or who knows, maybe this is a flag that Zenkowa will get a bad end and we'll never seen Kurumi/Naoi to fruition.
