I finally gained enough strength/lost enough weight to do assisted pull ups.
Should I replace my lat pulldowns on a machine with pull ups now?
Back exercises currently consists of seated row machine(non cable), barbell rows and lat pulldown.
I am also thinking of replacing seated machine row.
What do you guys think?
