It's the same as Tyrants having to pay +10 pts for twin claws despite having Power Fists that cost +10 pts already. They should be free because they both cost the same over power weapons: +10 pts
Also do notice how Tyrants can swap their power fists for chainfists for free...then Dominators have to pay +5 pts to swap their TH for chainfists. It's fucking idiotic
