tl;dr it's easier with jane red meter to dodge counter since the animation is faster. 2nd the piece of shit has two different attacks the other one is impossible to proc i think but regardless his 2nd attack pattern is a lot easier to hit. Also it's not instantaneously, you don't necessarily need to mash, it's about a quarter a second after your dodge counter or so-so
