IIRC, that was their funds manager who did it, not the main developer. The devs have stated they work on it in their spare time, so its been developing, but I'd imagine very slowly.

For something, in 2023 it received a pretty major uplift to its skybox which was a huge performance boost, so they're definitely still working on the game. (Also picrel, and no it is in private despite the name)
