Seeing round women in stores as a kid. Even before puberty, they made my head turn and I felt funny looking at them. I just figured out what it was after puberty. But it always was a combination of round bellies and big tits. If they lacked one or the other, I didn't really care.

After puberty, I could get into women with just big tits and hips. But round bellies and especially round faces are still a plus.
