weekly checkin - 2k calorie budget

>127kg today
happy with my progress so far. have consistently walked 10k steps and tracked all my food. i'm finding that keeping my carbs on the lower end is working well enough and i get what i need from vegetables (i made a slow cooked beef stew with leek, tomato, onion, mushrooms, celery, zucchini, was pretty good).
going to start lifting this week
