Just turn the bass-end thumb screw to raise the bridge a little.
Either that, or the neck might be too straight. Hold the guitar sideways and look down the neck, does it appear curved?
If you adjust the bridge, don't forget to re-intonate by fretting the string at the 12th fret and plucking.
