Such an oozing slophog, her knee literally tore itself apart from the weight exerted by something like 600lbs of excess flesh hanging off of her poor little bones. It's a miracle she didn't snap her femurs completely in half just trying to haul her big fat ass off the couch. There'd be nothing to do then but slaughter her like a hog and render her lard down for fryer oil, no point in taking a sow like her to the emergency room.
