i start the stream with a batch file that's just doing
streamlink --player mpv --niconico-email (EMAIL) --niconico-password (PASSWORD) --record "F:\Recordings\nnd\nico_live.ts" (URL) best
so that mpv plays back the saved archive as it runs the download
