As far as i know chonyuu is the only decent site for busty boy stuff and even then they're considered "off topic" there so they can only be posted in /meta/ for whatever reason.

8/d/ is dead and unmoderated, 8/mwb/ exists but there's barely any activity there, bbbooru used to be a thing but it got killed by the owner because he has a grudge against kuroki. i guess gelbooru is okay-ish, they don't vandalize the male_with_breasts tag as much as they do on r34/danbooru but there's a severe lack of content under it.
