No one seems to use any nuance with Hezbollah. Lebanon is a near failed state they step in and provide services the government can't adequately supply themselves. They provide hospitals and schools for instance. I don't believe the Israelis actually knew where the gear was going past it it being for "Hezbollah" with the exception of certain stuff like encrypted DMRs etc. There were also reports of white good exploding. If any thing they saw the fact there was a chance of health workers and civilians getting hurt was a bonus.
