alice is on-field DPS. yuzuha is a support for anomaly teams. however the way she works is that she maxes out Anomaly Mastery, which applies an anomaly faster, while your animaly stacks Anomaly Proficiency, which raises the anomaly damage. in a two anomaly build with different elements, that further raises the damage via a Disorder...
it's really not as complicated as it sounds.
yuzuha is higher value since she has more use cases, but alice is cuter (in my canonical oppinion)

not really, trigger is off-field stunner, anomalies want more anomalies. and stunners are for attackers

starter anby is not too strong, as an on-field stunner, as she has a hard time dodgeing during her attacks.
she probably works best with billy / nicole, because of the core passive requirements. she probably could work with some of the other obol members, since shes is related to that faction lore wise. meaning orphie and seed which are coming out soon
