gym session was invigorating but kinda depressing too as since having not been to the gym in like two years i can barely even squat half of what i used to.

my kitty is very upset with the cone around her head to stop her licking her sutures and wounds from being spayed. she's still being very affectionate though and she's obviously in a lot of pain and it's melting me heart. poor girl is struggling to eat out of her food bowl because of the elizabethan collar though and it's hard to watch, she's getting the hang of it though which is heartening.

i hope they gave her a good dose of ketamine
