First time I listened to this record that was supposed the be the greatest thing since Beethoven, and I heard that shrill voice belting out notes like a cat in heat, with nothing but an acoustic guitar playing basic beginner chords holding it up, I had a knee-jerk reaction, and instantly rejected it as low-T hipster trash for people that ride their bicycle to work.

Then the reed organ started playing, and I felt as if I was ten years old, the smell of mom making mackerel again for the second time this week, before hearing that the girl next door who moved out a couple years ago is coming back.

10/10, nothing else gives me this sensation.
