If you want to be fair with my argument you must take a full comparison of females from your initial hag list which started at Candace since my entire point was that hebes outnumbered hags and they try to maintain a certain ratio of 5* hebes to 5* hags. If there's more hebes then more hebes will be 4*s, if there's more hags then more hags will be 4*s. That's how it's been since launch.

The point I'm making is that they have never deviated from this logic so they would not randomly have five 5* hags and only two 5* hebes in Nod Krai.
