I'd rather be poor in India but as long as you are in secure rich person ghetto i suspect life will be better in Africa. I know a lot of rich South Africans , they sit in their gated communities and play golf all day while their maids do everything for them. Crime is an issue but thats a thing for middle class plebs who cant afford private security and big fences.
