The dynamic of the four would need a hierarchy. The leader of the group is obliviously Aggie. She seems like the boss of the group that brings them together. The smart/antagonizing one can be Liz who questions authority of Aggie is bitter about her circumstance but this is the best she has at the moment. The idiot is gwen since she is the nice lucky go happy one of the group. Her behavior is irratic and unpredictable when it comes to cosplaying and wanting stuff. The doormat could be Billie is secretly resentful of her situation but is seeking to do what the rest of them tell her. this fits perfect with her shyness and artist (comminishing) doing horrible commissioning.
