Lusamine's an antagonist and appeals to evil and/or insane woman lovers AND oyakodon lovers with her also really cute daughter Lillie. Wicke is more of a bystander who doesn't actually do much.

To top it off, Lusamine even got a different characterization in every fucking thing she was in at the time, so if one didn't do it for you, there was a chance another one would. And yet Wicke was just never really utilized much regardless. The game was rigged from the start.
