Making a One Piece OC (an alien), decided to use this fella here as a jumping off point

What are some good ways to onepieceify the basic idea? Mine so far are
>Bigger belly, smaller legs, bigger arms
>Likes to try on human hats but always puts them on sideways or upside down
>Goofier eyes and face
Not sure what else to do for clothes
