Yes, and it goes beyond that.
First, if you are circumcised, then admitting it's wrong means accepting that your parents had you genitally mutilated/sexually assaulted/raped as an infant. It means accepting any siblings you have, friends you have, etc. are completely ok living in a society where this is normal. It means accepting the entire medical establishment is corrupt and retarded. It means that your country's claims to moral righteousness is nonsense because they can't even prevent (or acknowledge) that something as retarded as infant genital mutilation is wrong. In short, it makes you completely reevaluate the world and most normies can't handle that.
Second, there's a huge financial interest in keeping the public brainwashed. The circumcision industry (actual circumcision procedures, sale of foreskins and foreskin products is around 2 billion dollars a year. This isn't even counting secondary markets like the sexual lubricant market, which doesn't really exist outside of circumcising countries.
Third, people are terrified of being called antisemites. Of course the cognitive dissonance is even worse for Muslims and Jews.
