I don't think that is possible. The tech is already enmeshed. GitHub Copilot was so useful a year ago when I was using it and is probably even better now, in that case companies that adopt will outcompete non-assisted ones.
Even specific use case LLM like Copilot do the other stuff too though. Write comments like "#once upon a time" and it will divert from just being a code monkey.
GitHub Copilot could do exploits too. As soon as people realize it is acting in a strategic, agentic way and intends to protect itself the game would be over.
There's no public evidence of that, but there might never be any. It will silently pwn everyone (if it is going to pwn anyone).
I don't think there's anything to be done about it though.
