Master of the fire vampires that serve Cthugha and basically a small Cthugha (so probably another offspring or an avatar of her), blue fire (some believe she was mixed her Cthugha in Fate).

Just a bit of teasing... Also, it has already been implied by Saberdusa's lore that Medusa is a possible vessel for Athena and N'tse is basically space Athena (and yes, I'm aware that after LB5 this statement is quite ironic...).
