Regardless of the NASA head, I'm sure Isaacman will be able to talk with the new head oftern and share some insight, propose ideas, and offer constructive criticism without NASA looking like it has major conflicts of interest with regards to the bidding for government contracts among all competitiors. Last thing you want for a very much time sensitive contract to be awarded is some major contract protest by other parties bidding on the same contract.
