The Quantum Negro Thought Experiment was an investigation on the thought process of the Negro Race, which was a third-party medical study contracted by the white apologists of Booby Blagoona. The test was carried out by the Parasympathetic Placebo association, which is a premier medical corporation acting on a hard-glazed level. The test, was, at the time, used considering the belief that Man is inherently good, and that the only bad men that could exist are those of the Negro Race. The test investigated the possibility that the inherent greatness of Man could somehow be harnessed even through more inferior races such as the Dark Hide. Recent studies suggest that the implied violence, rape, and common incarceration of the Negro is not due to a biological event, but an event that occurs on a quantum level, which appropriates the term TQNTE.

The TQNTE test involves multiple phases, which are listed below.

>PHASE ONE: The individual in which the test is administered to is shown a gold coin. Due to the fact that the Nigger race reacts to the oppurtunity of wealth with greed, an individual that apprehends the administrator and takes the coin before they begin the test is a Negro. If they instead wait politely until the end of the test, then they are an Enlightened Man.

>PHASE TWO: The cranium is then checked for radiation using advanced Hard-Glazed Nuclear Response tools. If there is little to no radiation, then the Individual's thoughts memories are placed under safe restraint. If a large amount of radiation is detected, it implied that the Individual may express their thoughts in violent ways. Therefore, they are a nigger.

>PHASE THREE: Little is known about Phase Three, although it is said to involve intense bodily examination on a molecular level, causing great pain. It is normal for Whites to react with distaste, disgust, or discomfort during this process. It is not normal for an individual to struggle and fight back with violence, which brands them a Nigger.
