Global in its current state is basically an early access open alpha test and isn't feature complete, they rushed to launch without basic functions like being able to reset your password and their entire staff seems to consist of at most three people who have to manage the site, run the AI, fix errors, and do everything else between them. They're hiring editors now and I think some have already started working but it's questionable as to whether they had any before launching since even their biggest series like Main Heroines had common MTL issues like name consistency. The most likely theory is that they were forced to launch early because the legal department were sending their DMCAs and the suits said they needed to have something ready to replace the scaMTL sites. The only saving grace for them is that their unedited TL is at least better than Google TL, that they are almost fully up to date with the novels that they have, and that they are currently completely free until at least September.
Anyway their current schedule is
>2 new novels get added to the catalog every week
>2 old novels get retranslated every week (they've supposedly improved their models since most of the catalog was done)
>Ongoing novels have new chapters added 2 weeks after they were added in KR
