I'm asking about the Best % and Med columns that changes when clicking this icon labeled "Toggle Ranking by ilvl or Key"

I am guessing the 1st setting ranks me against everyone else of my class who ran a key of that level, while the 2nd ranks me against everyone of my class with the same ilvl, but I can't tell which of the two is showing at a given time
