I'm not familiar with ko, follower hdt hairs, or bone scaling desu
hdt hair might need some extras included or referenced to work with the follower like its xml file and idk if hdt hairs have extra plugin records for it or if it's all referenced in the nif
ofc fsmp would be needed for hdt hair; which is a trivial requirement, especially if it's an optional wig
as for obody the body/armor you're trying it with might be missing the 'build morph' bodyslide files obody needs to apply presets onto (iirc they're the .tri files that get output w/ the meshes)

that modded skeleton will just werk when dropped into a vanilla game so there's no need to worry about requirements
