They give us less primos than their other games because we don't urgently need to pull every single patch. Our powercreep is less, and we don't need as diverse of a roster. Characters between games aren't the same.
If your purpose for pulling is to get a dopamine rush every time you get a character that the devs labelled as 5*, then yes, in that case, we're worse off.
