Illegals are not Criminals. Stop getting the two mixed up. There's nothing criminal about entering a country illegally. It's only when they commit a crime that they then become criminals. This should be basic common sense.

Crimes are not inherently illegal. Some crimes are, but some aren't. Also, some acts are illegal but not criminal. It should be pretty easy to understand.
