ehh,
I love Xrd but I wouldn't really call it better balanced than +r, just differently balanced
Xrd low tiers are worse than +r's relative to the average, but +r's top tiers are way more broken and even less fun to fight
movement is similar, I like Xrd's more but +r isn't worse, just different.
otherwise generally agreed. Art style makes some tradeoffs but what it does well it does so well it still works.
