Harvester seems like a bad way to test that since it has adds so SElegg's damage will be inflated every time her S2 triggers.
So it's not surprising her dmg isn't much different whether you burst with her once or twice. Although I still do think bursting once could be the way to go.
Don't have her very invested yet, only 7/4/4. This was a Harvester kill bursting with SElegg once right at the end.
She's definitely good, but it sucks she doesn't offer the same versatility CMaiden has since you are pretty much forced to not burst with SElegg every rotation or otherwise her ele dmg buff drops and only has very little uptime, while CMaiden's buffs activate even if she bursts every rotation. If you could burst with her every rotation she could've been used in a pirate maid comp buffing 4 water units.
