Obviously these are Chinese and Soviet designs but they did make some indigenous designs. They combined the Soviet ZSU-57-2 SPAAG's 56mm S-68A's ual cannon with the AZP S-60 AA gun mount and put on a new muzzle break. They also had a 30mm six-barrelled rotary gun but I am not sure if it is just the AK-630, nobody really knows, it was apparently made alongside the AK-630 as a parallel system but again, little information, but is apparently quite numerous now and is radar guided (though range of 4km is still a major limiting factor). Their AA system (which is large and extensive) is essentially the 14.5mm ZPU-4, 37mm M-1939 and Type 65 and 57mm S-60's. They also have 85mm KS-12 M-1939, 100mm KS-19 and 130mm KS-30 (which I mentioned earlier) which are dual purpose AA and artillery guns. They've done shit like mating ZPU-4's with MR-104 "Drum Tilt" radars to make them more effective (hilariously MR-104's have a way large effective range than ZPU-4's but lol lmao).
After this the only SAM they have are various variants of the Soviet S-75 and the Chinese derivatives. Each SAM is guarded by a series of guns I listed above. The SAM have RSNA-75M 'Fan Song F' radar and further supplemented by Chinese HQ-2 derivatives. They did upgrade some S-75's with IR seekers but who knows how many. Only around 50 are active and mostly around Pyongyang, DMZ and East Coast. They have some S-125 and S-200 SAMs (Pongac-2 and Pongac-4). Limited around Pyongyang. They also have the S-200VE which is unknown in performance.
However their best SAM is probably the Pognac-5 which seems to be a indigenous copy of the Russian S-300PMU-1 and thus is likely similar in performance. Claims Pognac-6 exist but nothing proven.
tl;dr nothing of real note.

Same way weapons end up in Russia and Ukraine? They're sent in trucks and trains. You think it's impossible for North Korea to get weapons to Iran?
