Why is Durin twink alive in filler krai, when he is dead corpse in Mondstadt with his heart spreading abyss curse around?

I don't understand the lore drop. Who are those gooner bait hussies? Who is Rhinedottir? Did I miss the explanation of upside down Statue of Seven? Why everything feels like there is not continuity between story in 1.0 through 3.0? I feel like there are loose ends and majority of story got retconned during the intermission phase that was Fontaine.
