>that's why I just wanna do one cycle.
There is no "just one cycle". Steroids are addictive, both mentally and physically.
Research how they work, they don't just make you build muscle from nothing. In simple terms, they put the testosterone production of your body into overdrive which in turn increases the rate at which your body is able to heal muscle tissue. Testosterone is also required to maintain muscle tissue, not just create it. That second part is very important.
Even if you've only done one measly cycle, when you get off steroids you body's testosterone production is going to be totally shut down and won't recover for a long time. Post cycle therapy isn't going to help you, that
s snake oil (if oral T boosters were real then no one would inject it). This is where the mental part comes in. Testosterone is a hormone and it does much more than just create muscle. It regulates parts of how the male brain works, and when your T levels crash post cycle you're going to feel like shit. You're going to be extremely depressed, and your rapidly decreased strength will only worsen that depression. All of your lifts will go down. You'll begin to lose muscle as your body's weakened natural testosterone production won't be able to support it (and it never will, because you artificially increased your test to get to where you are). You brain will begin to crave steroids again just like an addict would crave more heroin because it associates the steroids you were just taking for months with feeling good and strong. Even if you fight the urge and don't relapse into another cycle, you're still going to be weaker and lose a lot of muscle, because artificially high t levels are needed to support the muscle you gained on steroids. Not to mention ED, gyno, and all the other fun things that come with getting off a cycle.
