After you equip her with a T4 bag, she has

>a second health bar with her normal
While Yuuka has no defense, because the devs thought a tank who tanks cover would be a good idea. Yuuka's bond gear fixes her defense and gives her even more evasion, which makes her as strong as Tsubaki and better than her in pvp (because everyone is running blue damage).
