Yes, half of the debate is dismissing assumptions of what people would like to assert by their ignorance (ignor-ance). What you cannot do is say I don't care, the time for arguments is over, but also continue to take questions. There is a correct answer to this question and your options are: a) the nation defines it or b) A sovereign defines it. The nation is not an idea or ideology. It is a real tangible thing that the idea cannot act without. So if you choose nation you must know the answer and it must be obvious. You can say, of course you know what it is and it has a real name and you are not it.
