Question. Is it possible for a beginner jogger (too fat and undertrained to properly run) to build muscle? I've been jogging to help with weightloss and have been loving it so far, and have already lost about 6 kilo's, yet I've seem to have hit a small weightloss platue. I haven't cheated on my diet and the amounts I'm jogging have only increased, and my sleep has been quite excellent, so could it be that I've build a bit of muscle in my legs? It certainly feels like it. Will report back on the next couple of weigh inns this and next week.
