If a criminal shows up to your house, shoots your son, rapes your wife, and takes your daughter hostage, then runs to hide behind their family, if the cops show up to put a stop to them and their family or hostages get hurt, the cops don't get charged with their death, the hostage taker does. Every single Palestinian death has been caused by and is the responsibility of their government for starting a war and hiding behind their civilians.
