Default outfit is "vividlyvivi", the suit is "vividlysuit". Most of the dataset, like 80% (out of ~130 images), is of the main outfit.
I did also do a few tests earlier to see if the suit one had any similar issues but nope, it works almost flawlessly (it does miss some finer details like small prints and accessories, but there's not too much art of her in this outfit so I don't find it to be a big deal), but curiously I noticed that adding the "large breasts" and "sagging breasts" tags causes her shirt to always come out partially unbuttoned. I did then try to gen the main outfit without any boob-related tag to see if that was the problem but nope, the top still comes out weird, only difference is that her tits end up smaller

Yeah but one is a full-on suit with a tie overlaid over that area, it's just weird to me that that could somehow be the cause of the conflict.
I'll try to redo all of the tagging to fuse tags like you mentioned, or maybe be a little more specific when it comes to the suit, then see if it fixes the problem. This entire thing is confusing to me because I really had no issues with the Pony one so I figured this would also fly easily for Illustrious, but guess I was wrong
