>we have one of the most corrupt governments and police/law enforcement

Your shitty nigger-tier mcjobs going from 2000BGN to 1000EU is not the reason you're poor. You being poor is also not the biggest problem.

Your biggest problems are the following:
>your entire younger generation (people aged 10-25) are drug addicted zombies
>your men are more spoiled than westerners
>your backstabbing nature and inverted tribalism has resulted in one of the lowest trust societies I have ever seen
>you have drug dealers literally selling openly with police cars passing them by
>you have hordes of gypsies and vandals with criminal histories longer than your mothers list of fuccbois roaming the streets
>you have murderers killing your people and getting 2-5 years in prison

Whatever happens in the next few years, do NOT join the military or be forced into war. They will come for you, they will not come for the gypsies, the politicians, the cops, the lawyers or their kids - they'll come for you, just as they will in the West. Your neighbors will become your enemies and your closest will rat you out to save their own skin. The only thing you should give your draft officers/military police that comes for you is a swift stab in the neck. The cities will become a nightmare, look into rural areas and where you can lay low. Trust no one but yourself.
