The model is illustrij V16 (v8 2.5D is also nice but this one is V16). The exact lora combination for getting this face i am not giving away but the important lora for improving looks with gens on this model is "Dramatic Lighting Slider" with a high weight (3 minimum, 4 recommended, 5 also good at times but a bit overdone usually). They are all both on civitai site.
