Some west asians mixed a lot with south european population (mostly Greeks) but it wasn't really female mediated. I remind you that some places in south europe have CHG/Zagros ancestry in the high 20s/ low 30s, and J2 isn't exactly unheard of. They have some EHG admix but it's not much. The ones that look white look like ANF. (Which was an intermediate population in reality, ANF closest match today is sardinians, ok and then south italians and european jews that are intermediate between europe and the levant).
