Unofficial. Naruto threads would get banned and literally everyone would tell you to fuck off. This lasted until Moot stepped in and stopped the mods doing it and posted about Naruto being allowed.
I can't remember exactly when this happened but all of Shippuden's runtime before Pain arc was not allowed on /a/. Naruto got a couple threads during Naruto vs Pain but then it stopped when the mass ress happened and /a/ went back to no Naruto until Moot stepped in.
