I'm bored so let's theorycraft. It'd be cool if we got another passive for each character that improves one type of nade.

My versions:
Michele - Tattletale now scans like any other team-wide scans and shoots a weak laser at all enemies

Nobu - inside the Interceptor dome all shots proc the passive without the need to charge them

Koko - inside the Interceptor dome a knocked ally can't die

Yvette - Slow grenade zone increases damage to the opponents that touched it by 10% for 3 seconds after exiting the zone and reduces their rof by 20% (generally smaller debuffs than regular ice does)

Flavia - after the initial blinding Flashbang creates another butterfly orb that obscures vision and must be destroyed like her Q orb or you need to go out of its range or wait until it disappears to be able to see again

Yugiri - Smoke nades eat up enemy armor

Leona - new blue Barrier nade's hp doesn't vanish

Chiyo - Frag becomes a cluster nade, initial explosion deals 60 damage at max, 4 clusters deal 30 at max

Ming - Flashbang steals up armor of all affected enemies (50% efficiency in case of short blindness)

Lawine - Smoke aoe is increased. Lawine is invisible inside the Smoke, gets 50% damage reduction and also can shoot, but deals 50% less damage

Meredesu - Windstorm nade also eats up enemy's hp
