I guess if you wanted to carve the one perfectly proportioned foam body and keep it that way that’s fine, but if your goal is to be able to have Big Tits Tuesday and switch it to Big Hips Wednesday, you’re not gonna want foam unless you make multiple bodies to switch out. Seems like a pain to skin her every time when it’d be more fun to manually move the stuffing and mold the doll with your hands.

Incidentally, this is starting to remind me of these weird topsy dolls I found out about earlier today, where you can swap out her race by turning her upside down.
