0-K1-K2-3-4-5-6 then whatever the fuck you want. I like Judgment/LJ more than Yakuza, personally. Do not take this to mean that K1 and K2 are better than the originals because they aren't, but I think if you love the series you should go back and play them after and you'll appreciate them more, too. I don't think telling people to get filtered with an old game with a god awful dub is the best way to jump in the series.
tl;dr: play 0 and then remakes and then HD. You should play the originals, but do so after you determine you like the series.
